  • Users who are part of an active trial set up by an Iterable employee

  • Preferred name
  • Email address
  • User type (employee, trial user)
  • For Iterable employees: department and role
  • Usage behavior in the Iterable App (via Heap analytics)
  • Usage behavior in the Insights Chrome Extension (via Heap analytics)
